SMITH & PYE EXECUTIVE

Smith & Pye maintain a parallel database of senior level executives working in the industry. This includes director and VP level candidates with extensive experience of establishing and managing design teams.

We are frequently asked by our clients to introduce the senior level manager and then work with them to appoint their entire team.

Our database includes senior level executives worldwide.

Our fee for the introduction of Senior Executives across all salaries in the UK is 25% and 30% for overseas placements.

SMITH & PYE COLLABORATIONS

We also arrange collaborations between ‘name’ designers and client companies.

For these introductions we charge a fee of 25% of the designer's fees for a period of two years.
